You can pay with any Credit or Debit Card as well as Paypal, GooglePay, ApplePay. We also offer Afterpay and Zip if you want to differ your payments. Alternatively, if you would like to pay via direct bank deposit, please contact us at hello@thecosyboxco.com to discuss payment options.If you do not want to use our checkout system, you can also contact us via Email or Instagram and we can issue you with an invoice instead of using the website checkout system.

Within Australia you only pay a $12.50 flat rate.  If you live within 25 km of the Melbourne CBD, we will deliver the box for free. For international purchases, please contact us at hello@thecosyboxco.com

For Cosy Boxes delivered within 25 km of the Melbourne CBD, we will deliver it within the next business day as long as the order is placed before 2pm. If it's placed after 2pm, your Cosy Box will arrive within 2 business days.

For interstate deliveries, we work with Australia Post. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, there may be some delays in their deliveries but generally speaking, you will receive your box within 5 business days but it could be up to 7 business days.

We deliver to every inch of Australia and the rest of the world.

We would LOVE you to double and triple check the delivery address of your order before you place it. If an error has been made please email us at hello@thecosyboxco.com to fix it.

Please do this as soon as you realise this, as if your order has already been dispatched it will need to be redirected by Australia Post and incurs an additional re-delivery fee.

Absolutely not, our Cosy Boxes are almost always gifts, and we promise there won't be any prices on any products, zero receipts in any box and absolutely no tell tale sign of exactly how much you spent.

All our sales are final. We don't accept any refunds or returns unless an item is damaged. If an item is damaged, please email us at hello@thecosyboxco.com within 48 hours of receiving your Cosy Box, please include photos of the damaged goods.
